Olaf Kasten is the Founder and Managing Director of Newstate Consulting and Coaching. Newstate focuses on Life and Executive Coaching, Professional Trainings especially for Traders and on Motivation, and provides Teambuilding events around Sports. After a first career of 17+ years in Finance and Trading, Olaf started his current career as a Coach and Professional Trainer in 2011. Olaf is also a passionate triathlete and Ironman and finished 8th in his AG in the Ironman World Championship in Kona, Hawaii in Oct 2012.
