Your business strategy is the difference between success and failure. Hundreds of books have been written on “strategy”, many people have declared it their specialty, yet it remains poorly understood and it is rarely executed effectively. This course aims to clearly define what “strategy” is, what it means, and why it is critical to the success of any business (especially startups). You will also walk away with a practical framework and selection of tools for your own strategy.
